You earn from second 61 of every connection. The first minute of each connection is unpaid – it funds the 5 free minutes new fans use to get to know you. If someone uses free minutes with you, you are still paid from second 61.

Do I need experience?
No. You need a smartphone or laptop with a camera, good light and enjoy talking to people. The studio offers reply templates and tips to get started.
Who sees my legal name?
Only the review team. Fans only see your stage name. Gifts go through us – no fan ever sees your address.
What does “first minute unpaid” mean?
You earn nothing in the first minute of each connection; that share funds new fans' 5 free minutes. From second 61 you earn – also during free minutes, paid from the pool. You see both separately in your earnings.
How do custom requests work?
Fans request a personal video message or photo set. You set prices in the studio, accept or decline. The fan's coins are reserved and only charged on delivery – you have 7 days.
Can I block certain countries?
Yes. In the studio under “Privacy” you can block countries, regions or cities. Nobody there can see you – neither randomly nor via search.
What if someone misbehaves?
Close the fan with one tap – they can't reach you for 10 minutes. For threats, press the silent help button: your channel pauses and our team takes over.
Do I have fixed hours?
No. You go live whenever and for as long as you like. You can pause or close your account at any time – your remaining balance is paid out.
How are my earnings taxed?
NL Media is based in Delaware (USA). With form W-8BEN nothing is withheld in the US; you pay tax in your country of residence. Annual certificate and receipts are in your studio.
