Terms for Live Creators

1. Requirements

• You are at least 18 (or older if your country requires it).
• You prove your age and identity: ID (front and back), a liveness selfie and a signed consent form. We check everything before you go live.
• Every other person appearing in your content must be verified the same way and have consented beforehand.
• You act independently and handle your own taxes and contributions in your country.

2. Your earnings

• Live: you receive 40 % of the net revenue of your live minutes. Net means after VAT, payment fees, chargebacks and the costs of streaming and moderation.
• First minute per connection: in the first 60 seconds of every connection you earn nothing; earnings start at second 61. This applies to every new connection. It funds new fans' free minutes – during free minutes you are still paid from second 61.
• Content: member subscriptions, single purchases (PPV), custom videos and images and gifts are split 50/50 of net revenue.
• You can see your earnings anytime in the studio under “Earnings”.

3. Partner and studio model

If you work through a partner (studio or agency) who registered you with us, 50 % of your earnings go to the partner. You see the exact split in your invitation and in the studio before you start. The partner must also be verified and follow these terms.

4. Payouts

• We pay out regularly to the account you set in the studio once the minimum amount is reached.
• Amounts from payments that can still be charged back are held for a reasonable time.
• If we suspect fraud or serious violations, we may hold payouts until the matter is resolved.

5. Content rules

• Only legal content with verified, consenting adults is allowed.
• Prohibited: anything involving minors or appearing to involve minors, non-consensual violence, animals, incest, drugs, weapons, paid meetings.
• No contact details or payment channels outside NaughtyLine.
• You own the rights to your content and allow us to show and promote it on NaughtyLine while it is online.
• You can mute, close or block fans anytime and call our team with the silent help button.

6. Termination

You can terminate anytime; your profile is then taken offline. Amounts already earned are paid out under the rules above.

If you break these terms we may suspend your account and remove content. Records we must keep by law (e.g. proof of age under 18 U.S.C. § 2257) are kept after termination.

7. Law and contact

The law of the State of Delaware, USA, applies unless mandatory law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
