Terms of use for fans

1. Who may use NaughtyLine

• Adults aged 18 or over only (or the higher age of majority in your country).
• We check your age on entry and with a selfie age estimate before your first live picture. False information leads to a ban.
• One account per person. Keep your login details secret.

2. Coins and payment

• You pay with coins, bought in packages; the price is shown before you buy. You can turn on automatic top-up (switch off anytime, confirmation by email).
• Coins are not money and cannot be paid out or transferred.
• You can set yourself a monthly spending limit.
• Payments appear on your statement as “NL Media”.

3. Live video chat: per-second billing

• In the channel one minute costs 10 coins, in private mode 20 coins.
• Billing is per second – from the first video frame you see, not from the connection attempt. Even a short look costs the seconds you watched.
• New fans get 5 free minutes once per person. Multiple accounts to get free minutes again are not allowed.

4. Subscriptions (member area)

• A subscription unlocks a Live Creator's member area. Price and term are shown before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime to the end of the current month – in your account under “Subscriptions”.

5. Single purchases, custom requests and gifts

• Single items (pay-per-view) are unlocked with coins permanently for your account.
• For custom requests the coins are first reserved and only charged on delivery. If the Live Creator declines or you cancel beforehand, you get everything back.
• Digital gifts are paid with coins immediately.
• Real gifts from the wishlist: price = shop price + 20 % service + €20 shipping flat rate, paid by card. We order and deliver to the Live Creator; you never see their address.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content and services (coins, live minutes, subscriptions, unlocked content) your right of withdrawal ends once we start the service after you have expressly agreed and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal. Statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.

7. Prohibited content and behaviour

• No content or requests involving minors, no non-consensual violence, no content involving animals, incest, drug or weapons trading.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech or blackmail; no pushing for meetings outside NaughtyLine.
• No recording, capturing or sharing of live pictures and content.
• No payments outside NaughtyLine, no fraud, no chargebacks without reason.

8. Bans and termination

If you break these rules we may remove content, restrict features or suspend your account temporarily or permanently. We report serious violations to the authorities.

You can delete your account anytime under “Privacy” in your account. Remaining coins then expire, where permitted by law.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

Live Creators are independent and responsible for their own content. We do not guarantee that particular Live Creators are online at particular times.

10. Governing law

The law of the State of Delaware, USA, applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
